Faith and Hope- 2 neglected and abused rabbits from a hoarding situation in NJ to the sanctuary. Faith and Hope arrived at the Ark on 3/4/24 in rough condition. They were immediately vetted by our local exotic veterinarian and a treatment plan was established. Both rabbits have corneal ulcers in both eyes as well as being underweight. Faith has a splayed-out hind end that limits her mobility. The good news is that no parasites or infections were found! Our animal team has been working diligently and effectively to create a safe space for them. It helps having former veterinary assistants on your team! We are excited to get these bunnies happy and healthy. In the future, they may become available for adoption so keep checking back for more updates!
